Dräger Polytron 3000
 
The Dräger Polytron 3000 transmitter is an intrinsically safe gas detector for continuous monitoring of toxic gases and oxygen in ambient air.
 
The compact housing consists of two parts: the "Polytron Docking Station" and the "Polytron 3000" device.
 
This two component concept and quick lock mechanism provides greater flexibility and simplicity for installation.
 
Designed for one-man calibration the Polytron 3000 can either accept a pre-calibrated sensor or the sensor can be calibrated with the unit.
Dräger Polytron 7000
 
The Dräger Polytron 7000 is able to meet the requirements of the compliance market as well as the high specifications of customized solutions for the high end market. It is an intrinsically safe gas detector that can satisfy all toxic and oxygen gas measurement applications on a single platform.
 
Developed with an innovative modular design, there is now the flexibility to choose only the features that your application requires.

Upgrading after the unit has been installed, to a higher specification by simply adding a module allows the Dräger Polytron 7000 to develop in line with changing application requirements.

Polytron 2
 
The Polytron 2 transmitter is an intrinsically safe gas detector for continuous monitoring of toxic gases and oxygen in ambient air.
 
The transmitter uses state-of-the-art microprocessor technology to convert the signal from an electrochemical DrägerSensor to a 4 to 20 mA analog or a HART digital signal output.
 
The unit is designed for one-man calibration, and offers a variety of diagnostics and self test features.
 
The configuration and calibration of the transmitter is menu guided and easy to perform, using either the built in push buttons or a HART hand held terminal.
Polytron 2 XP Tox
 
The Polytron 2 XP Tox is an explosion proof gas detector for continuous monitoring of toxic gases and oxygen in ambient air.
 
The transmitter uses state-of-the-art microprocessor technology to convert the signal from an electrochemical DrägerSensor to a 4 to 20 mA analog or a HART or RS485 digital signal output.
 
The unit is designed for one-man calibration, and offers a variety of diagnostics and self test features.
 
The configuration and calibration of the transmitter is menu guided and easy to perform, using either the infrared remote control, the built in push buttons or a HART hand held terminal.
 
With the optional on-board relays, Polytron 2 XP Tox can be operated as a ”stand alone” unit.
Polytron TX
 
The Polytron TX is an explosion proof gas detector for continuous monitoring of toxic gases and oxygen in ambient air.
 
The transmitter uses industry standard two-wire loop powered analog technology.
 
It converts the signal from an electrochemical DrägerSensor to a 4 to 20 mA signal that is proportional to the actual gas concentration.
 
This universal transmitter can be configured for H2S, CO, and O2 or customized for other gases* like Cl2, NH3, NO2, SO2.
 
The unit is designed for one-man calibration and easy to operate.

Polytron IR CO2
 
The Polytron IR CO2 is a gas detector for continuous monitoring of carbon dioxide in ambient air. The measuring range can be adjusted from 0-2000 ppm up to 30 Vol%.
 
The transmitter uses state-of-the-art microprocessor technology to convert the signal from an infrared DraegerSensor to a 4 to 20 mA analog signal output.
 
The unit is designed for one-man calibration, and offers a variety of diagnostics and self test features. The configuration and calibration of the transmitter is menu guided and easy to perform, using the built-in push buttons.
